Job summary

Zip Co is seeking a commercially minded Affiliate & Partnerships leader to own Zip's affiliate and third-party monetization channels. You will manage end-to-end programs, negotiate opportunities, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth.

This role blends deep network expertise with hands-on execution to optimize conversions and partner value. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Account Management to expand the third-party ecosystem and influence

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of affiliate/partnership or performance marketing experience.
• Deep fluency across affiliate networks and partner campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue outcomes.
• Experience in fintech/BNPL/e-commerce or marketplaces encouraged.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear actions for partners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate programs end-to-end; set targets, build plans, and drive actions.
• Coordinate campaign and product-launch logistics with partners for launches.
• Lead execution and improvements across campaign planning and revenue pacing.
• Own Zip's third-party advertiser relationships; manage communications and activations.
• Support high-value affiliate deals with marketing requirements and insights.
• Advise internal teams on affiliate insights and executive-level decisions.
• Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights and close gaps.
• Unlock co-op marketing and co-brand opportunities with key partners.
• Educate and grow partner portfolio through briefings and reviews.
