Job summary

Decentralized Masters is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program. This execution-focused role will set up tracking, maintain partner placements, run compliance checks, and generate weekly reports.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to keep the program running smoothly and scale impact. The ideal candidate has hands-on partnerships experience, strong analytics, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships and affiliate tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage recurring workflows with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage affiliate tracking links and offers.
• Update creative and copy for partner placements across networks.
• Coordinate creator and media partnerships and schedule go-lives.
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Produce weekly performance reports and attribution insights.
• Analyze spend, ROAS, CPA, and conversions to flag issues.
