Job summary

Decentralized Masters is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program. You’ll manage affiliate networks, newsletters, and creator partnerships, focusing on execution, tracking setup, and keeping placements up-to-date.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and timely go-lives. This is a remote, fully remote role with a global team and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Link & tracking setup: Create and manage affiliate tracking links and offers in Everflow.
• Partner copy & updates: Manage and update creative and copy for partner placements.
• Creator & media partnerships: Source and coordinate placements with newsletters, YouTube and podcast channels, and other media partners.
• Compliance checks: Review partner copy and placements against compliance guardrails before going live.
• Reporting: Produce detailed weekly performance reports across partners and affiliates.
• Analysis: Read performance data and flag issues, opportunities, and anomalies.

The Role

Decentralized Masters is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program. The program spans affiliate networks, newsletter and media placements, and creator partnerships. This is an execution-focused role. You'll set up tracking, keep partner placements and copy current, run compliance checks, and produce the weekly reporting that keeps the program accountable.

You don't need to be an elite affiliate strategist to do this well. The focus is execution and consistency: taking over the operational workflow and keeping it running cleanly. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, who owns strategy and partner relationships. Your job is to make the machine run.

What will you be doing?

• Link & tracking setup: Create and manage affiliate tracking links and offers in Everflow. Make sure attribution is configured correctly and firing end to end.
• Partner copy & updates: Manage and update creative and copy for partner placements. Keep offers, links, and assets current across all partners.
• Creator & media partnerships: Help source and coordinate placements with newsletters, YouTube and podcast channels, and other media and creator partners. Brief them on messaging and compliance, hand over tracking links and creative, schedule go-lives, and chase deliverables so campaigns launch on time.
• Compliance checks: Review partner copy and placements against our compliance guardrails before anything goes live. This is a regulated space, so accuracy and defensibility matter.
• Reporting: Produce detailed weekly performance reports across partners and affiliates. Surface what's working, what isn't, and where attribution is breaking.
• Analysis: Read performance data (spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion) and flag issues, opportunities, and anomalies.

What will you bring?

• Hands-on experience running partnerships. Affiliate or partner tracking (Everflow or comparable) is ideal, but strong influencer, creator, or media and newsletter partnership experience counts too.
• Strong analytical skills, with real comfort working across performance and attribution data.
• High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting.
• Solid written communication and the ability to manage and edit partner copy.
• Organized and reliable, able to own a recurring workflow without hand-holding.

Nice to have

• Experience managing influencer, creator, YouTube, or podcast partnerships.
• Business development or appointment-setting experience. Helpful but not required, since this can be shared with the wider team.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Hyros, or Snowflake.
• Background in financial publishing, crypto, DeFi, or another regulated performance-marketing space.
