Job summary

Ludicrum is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead its international partner program in the iGaming space. You will recruit, onboard and manage affiliates, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor budgets and KPIs, ensure compliance, and mentor junior managers. A strong English communicator with global market experience is essential, with flexible remote options and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming
• Experience managing affiliates across multiple international markets
• Experience working with unregulated markets
• Hands-on with affiliate platforms (e.g., MyAffiliates) and analytics tools (e.g., SimilarWeb)
• Results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Drive affiliate marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across targeted markets
• Build and nurture strong, long-term affiliate relationships
• Monitor affiliate budgets, ROI and KPIs using data to optimize performance
• Ensure affiliate activities align with programme policies and industry regulations
• Support Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices
