Job summary

GRC Media, a fully remote company with HQ in Stockholm, seeks a mid-to-senior Affiliate Manager / Business Developer to own and grow commercial relationships behind media partnerships. You will negotiate deals, monetise placements, and turn data into actionable recommendations for our teams.

This hands-on role is revenue-focused, split roughly between iGaming and finance, involving selling, optimising, analysing, and communicating with multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally in iGaming/finance.
• Native-level Spanish and strong professional English.
• Solid knowledge of financial products in the Spanish market.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with GA and Search Console.
• Commercial, deal-driven mindset; comfortable negotiating and selling.
• Strong analytical skills and clear cross-team communication.
• Based in Spain and able to work as an autónomo (self-employed).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with iGaming and finance brands across markets.
• Negotiate and optimise deals (flat fees, CPA, rev share, hybrids).
• Develop revenue streams across media properties (newsletter spots, premium exposure).
• Analyse performance with GA/GC and translate to actionable recommendations.
• Identify and close new brand partnerships in both verticals.
• Represent us at industry events and stay updated on regulations.
