Job summary

OpenKrill, a growing international IT company in the iGaming sector, seeks an Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize partner programs. You will manage affiliate and webmaster partnerships across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels, attract new partners, and negotiate traffic deals.

Responsibilities include monitoring traffic quality and profitability (ROI, LTV, FTDs) and collaborating with Analytics, Product, and SEO teams.

Qualifications

1.5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
Experience with CIS GEOs and affiliates across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels.
Experience sourcing, onboarding, activating, and retaining affiliates.
Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee, and Listing Fee models.
Experience tracking ROI, EPC, CR, LTV, retention, and FTD quality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
