Growe Partners is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand and manage our iGaming partner network from the United States. You will onboard new affiliates, reactivate inactive partners, and actively participate in industry events to grow the program.

You will monitor performance metrics, provide marketing materials, and design incentive programs to drive ROI. The role requires strong analytics, vendor coordination, and effective communication with partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of web analytics and performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU).
• Knowledge of traffic sources and payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Experience working with Tier1 and Tier2 markets.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and reactivate inactive affiliates.
• Attend affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to expand the network.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates regarding program updates and policies.
• Monitor traffic and transactions to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, banners, and landing pages.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new partners.
• Develop incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI to optimize results.
