Job summary

Impact Scale seeks an experienced Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our affiliate and partner accounts. You will manage links, tracking, and offers, while building strong relationships with networks and publishers to drive revenue.

Day-to-day duties include recruiting new partners, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with policies. A progressive, data-driven approach will help maximize profitability across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate/partnership management or related performance marketing.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign tools.
• Strong understanding of links, cookies, redirects, and attribution.
• Growth-focused with ability to expand partnerships to profitability.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and optimize affiliate links and offers within tracking software.
• Monitor traffic caps and campaign performance while communicating updates with internal teams.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and performance issues.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and launch new affiliate offers and partner networks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with networks, publishers, and partners to drive growth.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve performance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to maximize revenue.
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership with actionable insights.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Monitor campaigns for fraudulent or suspicious activity and take action as needed.
