Truly Free, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Affiliate Growth Manager to drive revenue through our affiliate and creator network. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on outbound outreach, onboarding, and growth of affiliates and promotions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Experience generating significant sales and consistently meeting targets.
• Experience in base-salary-plus-commission compensation.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology: urgency, scarcity, value positioning.
• Ability to build trusted relationships while achieving revenue goals.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, and high-volume outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with affiliates while remaining accountable to revenue goals.
• Identify motivations of each affiliate and tailor offers to their audience.
• Lead educational Zoom presentations and group sales calls.
• Move affiliates from sign-up to onboarding and first sale.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and active pipelines.
• Meet GMV and quota targets and track performance.
