Impact Scale is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to oversee the growth of our affiliate and partner channels. You will build relationships, optimize campaigns, and coordinate with networks to maximize revenue across multiple verticals.

The role requires hands-on experience with tracking platforms, a proactive growth mindset, and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate management, or related performance marketing roles.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of affiliate concepts: links, tracking, cookies, redirects, attribution.
• Growth-oriented with ability to expand partnerships from initial revenue to profitability.
• Technology-forward and proactive about staying current with trends and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and optimize affiliate links and offers within tracking software.
• Monitor traffic caps and campaign performance; communicate updates to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and performance issues.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and launch new affiliate offers and partner networks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and strategic partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve performance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to maximize revenue and campaign success.
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership with actionable insights.
