Job summary

Bottle Nexus is seeking an Affiliate & Brand Account Manager to grow relationships with alcohol brands and affiliate channels. You will serve as the primary contact for brand clients, affiliates, creators, and marketplaces, coordinating campaigns, product launches, and Shopify updates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account/marketing roles, strong e-commerce knowledge, basic Shopify experience, and excellent communication. This is a remote, U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or related role.
• Experience managing client-facing relationships.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital sales, affiliate programs, or online brand growth.
• Basic Shopify experience; advanced Shopify is a plus.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Accounts and drive e-commerce growth across ~100 brand accounts.
• Manage ~30 affiliate channels, influencers, publishers, and marketplaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, campaigns, and Shopify updates.
• Develop scalable workflows for onboarding, campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Identify and execute new revenue opportunities across channels.
