Cheers, the leading alcohol supplement brand in the USA, is seeking a fully remote E-Commerce Director to lead Shopify CRO and optimization across the site. You will own a structured CRO roadmap, manage Shopify operations, and drive conversion improvements with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

The role requires strong CRO credentials for DTC brands, expertise in Shopify apps and analytics, and the ability to translate insights into on-site experiences that move metrics and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Shopify e-commerce experience for DTC brands.
• Strong hands-on CRO with a track record of structured tests and conversion uplift.
• Deep knowledge of the DTC ecommerce ecosystem and Shopify apps (ReCharge, AfterSell, Rebuy).
• Data-driven with GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, PostHog, heatmapping tools, and retention platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a structured CRO roadmap across PDPs, checkout flows, bundles, offers, upsells, and merchandising logic.
• Manage day-to-day Shopify tasks: product pages, templates, merchandising, apps, QA, and promotions.
• Analyze KPIs and translate insights into landing pages and on-site experiences using GA4, Triple Whale, and heatmaps.
• Coordinate with external web dev agency for projects beyond drag-and-drop scope and support migrations.
• Liaise with lifecycle/email agencies to align strategy with retention and revenue goals (Nice to Have).
