• Strong Martech understanding and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Affiliate campaigns to grow qualified traffic and drive revenue
• Recruit affiliates through outreach and relationship building to meet growth goals
• Identify new partners via tools, social networks, blogs, and email
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
• Manage relationships with key partners and analyze drivers of performance
• Meet regularly with partners to strengthen relationships
• Internalize Brand DNA and select partnerships that resonate with audiences
• Provide weekly insights and optimizations with program metrics
