Job summary

Nex, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Affiliate & Live Commerce Manager to scale our affiliate and streamer ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, Whatnot, and more. You will recruit partners, coordinate campaigns, manage relationships, and help drive engagement, content creation, and sales from live commerce initiatives.

This hands-on role targets a candidate passionate about affiliate marketing and live shopping, ready to grow a fast‑moving program at Nex.

Qualifications

This role requires 3+ years in affiliate marketing or social commerce.
Experience with live streaming platforms like TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot is preferred.
Strong project management and multi-campaign coordination skills.
Excellent communication and partner relationship abilities.
Analytical mindset to derive insights from campaigns.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for creator and affiliate marketing and gaming trends.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and livestream hosts on multiple platforms.
Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to identify opportunities.
Coordinate product seeding, gifting, commissions, and campaign timelines.
Monitor performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Develop scalable processes and documentation to grow programs.
