Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive growth across the Minnesota region for our regenerative aesthetics portfolio.

You will present Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products to medical spas and dermatology practices, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with regional sales teams to meet ambitious sales targets while working remotely from Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers in the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet sales quotas.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory standards.
