Aura Reality, part of Hexagon, seeks a Practice Consultation Manager to drive product engagement, clinical integration, and commercial growth within aesthetic practices.

The role blends training, client success, and marketing support, ensuring partner clinics are onboarded and launched successfully, with long-term strategic development and ROI optimization. This is a remote position in the United States.

Competenze

• 3–5 years proven experience in aesthetic, medical device, or aesthetic medical sales, ideally in a client-facing or training role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments (skincare, dermal fillers, neuromodulators, lasers, RF).
• In-office experience required; esthetician license is a plus.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient consultation flow.
• Experience delivering in-person or virtual training and launching clinics.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for Aura Reality customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
• Deliver virtual training sessions for clinic teams to drive adoption of Aura Reality technology.
• Lead Practice Launch Events to introduce Aura Reality within new clinics.
• Collaborate with clinics to create engaging Aura Reality social media content and campaigns.
• Support practices with ideas for local promotions and educational posts about Aura Reality.
• Track adoption rates, training completion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop data-driven action plans to improve clinic performance and profitability.
