This hybrid role involves training, business consulting, and creative marketing support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic medical sales and a strong understanding of clinic operations. Expected to travel 50% or more, this position primarily operates remotely, with preference for candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client-facing, training, or practice development roles in aesthetic sales.
Knowledge of skincare, dermal fillers, and aesthetic clinic operations.
Experience in facilitating engaging training sessions and launch events.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for existing Aura customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Deliver training sessions for clinic teams, ensuring adoption of technology.
Lead practice launch events to introduce Aura Reality within new clinics.
Create engaging social media content showcasing patient experiences.
Support practices with promotional ideas and educational posts.
Represent Aura at industry events as a brand ambassador.
