Job summary

FDH Aero in Irving, TX is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to independently manage customer engagement and drive revenue growth in the aerospace market. You will qualify opportunities, prioritize outreach, and determine readiness for transition to Account Management with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing and technical teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business (or related field) or equivalent experience, 2+ years in B2B sales, and strong CRM and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day customer interactions and prioritize activities.
Plan and execute outbound sales and re-engagement strategies.
Evaluate inbound requests and leads to assess opportunity and urgency.
Analyze customer needs and buying signals to determine readiness.
Recommend when customers should transition to Account Management.
Develop and deliver customer briefings for handoffs.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and pipeline data.
