SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator.

This remote position supports the Technical Resource team, coordinating aerial inspections, review of reports, and scheduling with vendors for O&M and PV solar projects in the United States. Responsibilities include QA/QC of aerial reports, ensuring timely delivery to field teams, and collaborating with internal teams to expand drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Must have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing activities to support Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders on O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis.
• Ensure delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients on time.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule with vendors for maintenance projects.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Coordinate with aerial vendors on deliverables like progress, SWPPP and inspections.
• Partner with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
