Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role involves coordinating Aerial IR inspections, reviewing and scheduling work orders, and ensuring timely, quality reports for O&M projects.

You will collaborate with field teams, vendors, and internal teams to optimize data, drive efficiency, and expand drone-based scopes. Excellent English communication and IT/tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of utility-scale solar generation and related construction practices.
• Experience reading construction drawings and aerial reports.
• 1–3 years in application administration, ERP/CMMS, and PV solar industries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to support Technical Resource operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients; schedule corrections as needed.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning).
• Collaborate with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings, travel, lodging for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
