Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team.

This fully remote role will coordinate aerial inspection activities, review work orders, and ensure timely delivery of reports and data for field teams and clients. You will collaborate across internal teams and with aerial vendors, develop annual preventative maintenance schedules, and expand drone-based scopes that improve technician efficiency and plant performance.

Qualifikationen

• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years of Application Administration experience in IT or related org.
• 1–3 years of experience with ERP/CMMS software platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience in the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills; prioritizing and coordinating.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating and performing activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients timely; schedule corrective actions.
• Compare findings with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendors.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning).
• Partner with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes improving efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, lodging as needed for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
