Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to manage and publish unauthenticated pages across product groups using the Adobe Experience Manager CMS.

You will partner with multiple teams to deliver timely, accurate web updates, maintain content structure and metadata, and ensure adherence to standards and SLAs. Responsibilities include building pages, performing QA across desktop and mobile, and collaborating with developers to ensure consistent components and content models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a CMS, preferably AEM.
• 2+ years with CMS templates and components.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple update requests and meet SLAs.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals including metadata and accessibility.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM from multiple product groups.
• Manage a queue of requests to meet SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components and templates.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency with each update.
• QA content across devices and metadata, links, and formatting.
• Collaborate with requestors to clarify requirements and with devs for consistency of components.
