Job summary

Humana is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across product groups using Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll manage a queue, publish updates, and ensure accuracy and SLAs while collaborating with product teams and developers.

The role emphasizes detail, CMS expertise, and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Travel may be required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CMS, preferably AEM.
• Experience building/publishing content with templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple updates and SLA adherence.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals: formatting, metadata, accessibility.
• Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM based on requests.
• Manage a queue of updates and meet SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, workflows.
• Ensure updates are accurate and align with requests.
• Perform QA across devices and test links.
• Maintain content structure, components, and assets in AEM.
• Collaborate with requestors to clarify requirements.
• Coordinate with dev teams for consistency across groups.
• Contribute to documentation and governance best practices.
