Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across multiple product groups using Adobe Experience Manager.

You will partner with product teams to manage a queue of requests, build pages with templates, and ensure timely, accurate updates that meet SLAs. You will perform QA across devices, maintain content structure and assets in AEM, and collaborate with developers to ensure component consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a content management system, preferably AEM.
• Experience building and publishing content using CMS templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple update requests with varying urgency.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals (formatting, metadata, accessibility, responsiveness).
• Ability to prioritize requests against timelines and work with minimal supervision.
• Solid communication skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM based on requests from multiple product groups.
• Manage and prioritize a queue of requests to meet SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, and DAM assets.
• Ensure update accuracy and alignment with request details.
• Perform QA on content updates across devices.
• Maintain content structure, components, and assets in AEM.
• Collaborate with requestors to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with dev teams for consistency of components and content models.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance for AEM processes.
