Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to manage website updates within the Adobe Experience Manager CMS across multiple product groups.

You will handle incoming requests, publish updates, and ensure accuracy and consistency with SLAs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform QA across desktop and mobile, maintain AEM components and templates, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a content management system, preferably AEM.
• Experience publishing content with CMS templates and components.
• Ability to handle multiple update requests with varying urgency.
• Knowledge of web fundamentals: formatting, metadata, accessibility, responsiveness.
• Strong communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Publish updates in AEM across multiple product groups.
• Prioritize requests to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Build pages using AEM components, templates, and DAM assets.
• QA updates across devices and verify links and formatting.
• Maintain page structure, components, and assets in AEM.
• Collaborate with requestors and dev teams to ensure consistency.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance.
