Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Configuration Professional to operate within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS, updating unauthenticated pages across multiple product groups.

You’ll be a key partner supporting product teams and delivering timely, accurate content updates that align with established standards and SLAs. Responsibilities include completing and publishing updates, building pages with AEM components and templates, QA across devices, and maintaining content structure and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a CMS, preferably AEM
• Experience building/publishing content with templates and components
• Ability to manage multiple requests with varying urgency
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals: formatting, metadata, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Ability to prioritize against timelines with minimal supervision
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM for multiple product groups
• Prioritize a queue of requests to meet SLAs
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, and DAM assets
• QA updates across devices including formatting and accessibility
• Maintain content structure and assets in AEM
• Collaborate with requestors and dev teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Document standards and best practices for AEM processes
