Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across product groups using Adobe Experience Manager. The role partners with multiple teams to deliver timely, accurate website updates and to ensure quality, standards, and SLAs are met.

You will build pages, manage queues, perform QA, and maintain content structures within AEM, aligning with business needs and governance guidelines. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working within a content management system, preferably AEM.
• Experience building and publishing content using CMS templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple update requests of varying sizes and levels of urgency.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals such as formatting, metadata, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ability to prioritize requests against timelines and work with minimal supervision.
• Solid communication skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM based on requests from multiple product groups.
• Manage and prioritize a queue of requests, ensuring delivery within SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM assets.
• Perform QA on content updates across devices and formats.
• Maintain and organize content within AEM, including page structure and assets.
• Collaborate with requestors and dev teams to ensure updates meet business needs.
