Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across multiple product groups within the Adobe Experience Manager CMS.

You will manage a queue, publish updates, and collaborate with product teams and development groups to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and metadata consistency across devices. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and less than 5 years of technical experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a CMS, preferably AEM.
• Experience building and publishing content using CMS templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple update requests with varying urgency.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals including formatting, metadata, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ability to prioritize against timelines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication when collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM based on requests from multiple product groups.
• Manage and prioritize a queue of requests to meet SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM assets.
• Ensure update accuracy and alignment with request details.
• Perform QA on content updates across devices (desktop, mobile).
• Maintain content structure, components, and assets within AEM.
• Collaborate with requestors to clarify requirements and with dev teams for consistency.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance for AEM processes.
