Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across multiple product groups. You will manage a queue, publish updates, and build new pages using AEM components and templates.

You’ll collaborate with product teams, ensure accuracy, and perform cross-device QA while aligning with SLAs and governance standards. This remote role supports Humana’s digital care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CMS, preferably AEM.
• Experience building content with templates/components.
• Ability to manage multiple updates to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Publish updates in AEM across product groups.
• Prioritize requests to meet SLAs.
• Build pages using AEM components/templates.
• QA content across desktop and mobile devices.
• Maintain AEM content structure and assets.
• Collaborate with requestors and development teams.
• Contribute to documentation, standards and governance.
