You will partner with hiring managers, draft job descriptions, advise on compensation trends, and proactively source top-tier technical and professional talent in the corporate services sector.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of AEC recruiting experience, strong interview and written communication skills, and a robust professional network.

• 8+ years of experience recruiting in the AEC industry.
• Proven skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and outreach are essential.
• Established network of AEC professionals to tap into.
• Strong interviewing skills with written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using software and computer systems.
• Self-starter mindset with ownership and results focus.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and advise on compensation and market trends.
• Proactively source and recruit top-tier talent nationwide.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with summaries for managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate when needed.
• Track candidate information using ATS and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with regular follow-up and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Apex Recruiting Team to achieve hiring goals.
