Tectonic is seeking a full-time Recruiter to recruit and source candidates for current and upcoming positions nationwide, with preference for A/E/C or other technical experience.

You’ll build talent pipelines, engage candidates from outreach to offer, and deliver a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience. Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience; A/E/C or technical recruitment a plus.
• Understanding of construction management, inspection, and engineering consulting roles strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Assist hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting methods to identify talent and build a diverse pipeline.
• Source, track, and engage candidates while complying with internal processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and screen resumes for fit.
• Handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
