Job summary

Procon seeks an experienced Recruiter to source and attract top talent for technical and engineering roles, and support admin, accounting, marketing, proposal, IT, and HR positions. You will deliver full lifecycle recruiting and enhance our talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building strong candidate relationships, managing 15+ requisitions, and collaborating with management to meet hiring targets while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of sourcing and relevant full-cycle recruiting experience in construction management and/or the A/E/C industry.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across various A/E/C engineering disciplines (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Scheduling, Estimating, Mechanical, and Electrical).
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions in multiple states.
• Experience working in web-based applicant tracking system. Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Clearance Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing through the offer and onboarding stage; screen, filter, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Partner with hiring and operations managers for hiring and recruiting needs.
• Review and support client and management expectations surrounding personnel requirements.
• Support recruitment sourcing and advertising strategies including targeted diversity recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and maintain an organized candidate pipeline database and data integrity in the ATS.
