Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment life cycle across our Buildings and Project Leaders Divisions, building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. You’ll source, screen, and hire top talent while leveraging iCIMS and other platforms to drive results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience required.
• Experience with iCIMS ATS preferred.
• AEC industry recruiting experience a plus (Buildings/Architecture/MEP/Structures).

Responsabilidades

• Drive full life cycle recruitment for buildings and project leaders divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and TAC to develop recruitment strategies.
• Leverage iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms to build pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and present high quality candidates for technical roles.
• Attend college career events to build a future talent pipeline.
• Generate reports to track metrics and trends with HR/ADP.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve issues and support initiatives.
