Bodwé Group Companies is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support architecture, civil engineering, and federal contracting staffing needs. This remote role partners with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent through full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

You will collaborate with discipline leads, ensure compliance with federal contracting standards, and build diverse pipelines while managing high-volume requisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years recruiting experience in technical disciplines.
• Familiar with federal contracting standards and proposal-driven staffing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate roles and support federal contract staffing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and alignment on expectations.
• Source candidates using job boards, networks, and direct outreach strategies.
• Provide evaluated shortlists for technical and enterprise positions.
• Coordinate interviews with structured methods ensuring a positive candidate experience.
