Job summary

Bodwé is seeking an experienced AEC Proposal Coordinator to drive end‑to‑end, compliant proposals for federal and non‑federal clients. You will manage schedules, assignments, and compliance while shaping win themes and strategic messaging with capture and technical leaders.

You will coordinate non‑technical content, customize resumes, and oversee graphics and layout to meet Bodwé’s brand and client standards, ensuring high quality, timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, English, journalism, communications or related field.
• Three (3) years of federal proposal experience.
• Three (3) years of proposal coordination experience in AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of compliant proposals.
• Coordinate content development, resumes, project sheets, and graphics.
• Ensure color reviews, quality checks, and on‑time submission.
