Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Effective English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP/SAP Ariba knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of industry and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Category sourcing lead for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Primary sourcing partner for key stakeholders within indirect categories.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow requests and new supplier setups.
• Work with legal and compliance to ensure favorable contract terms.
