Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH seeks a Strategic Sourcing - Indirect Advisor to lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories, negotiate favorable terms, and drive supplier performance. You will collaborate with business partners, manage RFPs, and ensure compliance across the procurement process.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in indirect sourcing, strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, and experience with SAP/SAP Ariba are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Economics.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing (indirect) with category and supplier management.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP/SAP Ariba a plus.

Responsibilities

• Category Sourcing Lead for the assigned indirect categories that may include Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Energy and Facilities.
• Primary Sourcing business partner support for key stakeholders within assigned indirect categories.
• Work closely with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
• Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups within assigned categories.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure favorable contract and purchasing terms.
