Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Associate Account Manager for the Lowe's Media Network, a fully remote role based in the United States. You will manage day-to-day client relationships for mid-tier to long-tail accounts, translate client objectives into briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.

You’ll support campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations, with growth opportunities in analytics and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital media, client services, or sales support within an ad tech or media.
• 1+ year of experience using reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client communication for assigned mid-tier and long-tail accounts, serving as a reliable point of contact and ensuring timely, accurate responses to client inquiries.
• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on higher-tier accounts by assisting with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and client deliverables.
• Translate client objectives, marketing goals, and performance expectations into clear, actionable briefs for internal execution teams.
• Provide consultative support to cross-functional partners by sharing client context, aligning on timelines and deliverables, and ensuring campaigns are fully prepared for launch.
• Deliver performance updates, insights, and data‑informed recommendations to clients, with guidance from senior team members as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, escalating appropriately to ensure resolution and continuous improvement.
