Job summary

Innovate Remotely is seeking an Associate Account Manager for Lowe's Media Network. This fully remote role focuses on supporting mid-tier to long-tail clients, managing day-to-day communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective advertising programs that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and preparing clear briefs for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• 2–3 years of experience in digital media, client services, or sales support within an ad tech or media
• 1+ year of experience using reporting and BI tools (Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client communication for assigned mid-tier and long-tail accounts, serving as a reliable point of contact
• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on higher-tier accounts by assisting with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and client deliverables
• Translate client objectives, marketing goals, and performance expectations into clear, actionable briefs for internal execution teams
• Provide consultative support to cross-functional partners by sharing client context and aligning on timelines and deliverables
• Deliver performance updates, insights, and data-informed recommendations to clients with guidance from senior team members
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, escalating as needed
