University of the People is seeking an experienced Manager, Advancement Services to lead the fundraising operations, donor data governance, and CRM administration. You will oversee gift processing, reporting, and compliance while partnering with Development, Finance, Alumni Relations, Marketing, and IT to optimize donor engagement and data quality.

The role emphasizes governance, dashboards, and operational controls to support fundraising strategy and ensure efficient advancement activities

Qualifications

• Experience in advancement services or fundraising operations.
• Experience managing donor databases and gift processing.
• Experience with fundraising reporting, donor analytics, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of Advancement Services to support fundraising and donor engagement.
• Oversee donor CRM administration, data accuracy, security, and system optimization.
• Manage donor records, gift processing, acknowledgments, pledges, and data maintenance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and controls for advancement operations and data management.
• Ensure timely processing of donations, pledges, and recurring gifts.
• Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to support fundraising strategy and executive decisions.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Alumni Relations, Marketing and IT to ensure seamless support.
• Provide prospect data, segmentation, reporting, and analytics for campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Train staff on CRM usage, reporting tools, and data standards.
• Document SOPs and user guides for advancement operations.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching and development.
