Job summary

Lees-McRae College seeks an Assistant Director of Advancement Operations to lead the college’s advancement information infrastructure, CRM, data management, reporting, analytics, and technology systems to support fundraising and alumni relations.

You will work across departments to establish data governance, ensure secure, accurate constituent information, and drive proactive quality control, data migration, and dashboards that inform institutional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in CRM, data management, or fundraising operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Translate complex data into clear information for non-technical users.
• Technical fluency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Commitment to advancement ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advancement data and CRM accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead data strategy, governance, and data hygiene.
• Coordinate data mapping, migration, and integration.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support fundraising, alumni relations, and communications.
• Provide training on systems navigation.
• Collaborate across offices and supervise staff or interns.
