Job summary

Loyola University Chicago seeks a Senior Director of Advancement to lead operations, data strategy, and CRM governance within the Development & Donor Services team. This senior role oversees reporting, analytics, and technology modernization to support the university’s fundraising campaigns and alumni engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fundraising CRM and data systems in a large university setting.
• Ability to lead a team of 3–10 staff with coaching and performance management.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development for fundraising metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advancement Operations data and reporting strategy, optimize CRM tech stack for data-driven decisions.
• Manage 3–10 direct reports including Salesforce admins/developers and analysts.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with ITS and external vendors.
• Oversee data auditing, report integrity, and governance across fundraising data.
