Intuitive is seeking an Advanced Procedure Sales Manager to drive adoption of da Vinci procedures across assigned accounts in the US. The role focuses on identifying Key Opinion Leaders, coaching field teams, and expanding surgical procedures in hernia, foregut, and bariatric specialties.

You will partner with Clinical and Capital Sales, lead training initiatives, and align growth plans with regional leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and KOL development.
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Drive targeted procedure adoption (hernia, foregut, bariatrics) across assigned accounts.
• Develop KOLs, train Clinical and Capital Sales teams, and build reference centers.
• Collaborate with CSR and field leadership to align with commercial strategy.
• Leverage data tools and market analytics to track progress against targets.
