Job summary

Open Mind Health seeks licensed California therapists for a 100% remote telehealth role serving California clients. A CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist) is required, with compensation of $70–$80 per hour on a 1099 basis and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Provide evidence-guided therapy for anxiety, depression, and mood disorders using CBT, ACT, DBT-informed approaches, and culturally responsive care. Remote work offers flexible scheduling and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Experience providing psychotherapy for anxiety, depression and mood concerns.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and delivering culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients with anxiety, depression and mood disorders.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, mindfulness and related modalities.
• Help clients build coping skills, emotional regulation and resilience.
• Deliver client-centered, culturally sensitive care and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team and adhere to licensure requirements.
• Maintain minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
