Crystal Equation is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II to serve as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders, working remotely to advise on advertising solutions and resolve technical challenges. The role emphasizes curiosity, ambiguity navigation, and creative problem solving across measurement and delivery tooling.

Qualifications

2+ years in the Digital Advertising or Technology industries.
Expertise in troubleshooting across Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API).
Customer-facing experience and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/HTTP.
Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients + internal partners.
Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement/delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers).
Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions.
Investigate escalations using logs/data/API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes/workarounds.
