Job summary

Mackin Talent is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our client’s team for a 12-month engagement. You will act as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, becoming an expert on our advertising solutions and advising on best practices.

You will troubleshoot issues, translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and escalate bugs to product and engineering. A proactive, analytical mindset and experience with pixels, ad servers, and SQL are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital advertising/tech industries.
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation.
• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in client’s advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from client usage of advertising solutions.
• Escalate potential bugs to product/engineering and drive resolution.
• Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

Our client is looking for Technical Solutions Consultant to join their team.

Duration - 12 months

Location - UK Remote

Summary:

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will help businesses through scaled service delivery & operations as a technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. In the role you will act as an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and help to resolve any technical issues that are raised.You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, using your analytical skills to find solutions to tackle client problems.

Responsibilities

- Build technical expertise in client’s various advertising products (Signals, Measurement, Delivery,...) and

provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of client advertising solutions.

- Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.

- Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support

SLAs are met.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

Requirements

- 3 Years+ in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
