Job summary

PTR Global seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant II to act as the primary technical contact for clients, specializing in digital advertising and complex troubleshooting. You will guide implementation, optimization, and maintenance of advertising solutions with a focus on clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Role requires fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on web tech experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising/Technology industries.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to translate complex tech into actionable guidance.
• Must have fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP for debugging and implementation support.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs for data analysis and integration.
• Experience with advertising technologies and platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients and internal partners throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting across advertising and business ecosystems, including APIs and measurement solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ads measurement, delivery tooling, pixels, SDKs, and conversions APIs.
• Investigate escalations using logs, data analysis, and API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes.
• Advise clients on best practices for implementing, configuring, and maintaining advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and account management to address complex client needs.
