Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager – AdTech to serve as the primary technical contact for external advertising clients and internal stakeholders. You will troubleshoot issues across pixel, Conversions API, Graph API, SDK, Ads Manager, and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising and technical client-facing consulting.
• Ability to troubleshoot pixel, CAPI, Graph API, SDK, and Ads Manager issues.
• Strong analytical skills with web tech and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for external advertising clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Graph API, SDK and Ads Manager.
• Investigate advertising measurement, tracking, delivery, auction and ad-server issues.
• Use web technologies, SQL, REST APIs and technical evidence to diagnose problems.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear explanations and actionable recommendations for nontechnical clients.
• Handle technical support escalations, recommend implementation best practices and coordinate solutions with internal partners.
