Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant II to serve as the technical lead for client engagements, remotely across PST, EST, or Central time. The role focuses on Meta advertising solutions, troubleshooting, and consultative client support, working with sales and engineering teams to deliver bespoke setups and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting Meta Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (e.g. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel)
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• First-hand knowledge of Meta tools, building integrations for Google/Facebook, worked with FAANG or multi-million dollar book of business companies internally or as a client.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in Meta advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta advertising solutions
• Partner closely with Meta's sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
• Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.
