Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with campaign structures, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and data-driven optimization.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
• Develop audience strategies: custom audiences, lookalike, and retargeting.
• Collaborate with creatives to test formats and messaging.
• Manage advertising budgets for efficient spend and ROI.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
• Stay updated on Meta trends and best practices.
